Teatro Campo Alegre is one of the two hubs of Teatro Municipal do Porto, alongside Rivoli. Designed by Rogério Cavaca and part of the municipal programme since 2014, it operates as the TMP’s experimental hub: it hosts multidisciplinary programming, companies and artists in residence, cinema and performances of different scales. The building includes an auditorium, café-theatre, cinema studio, studio room and apartments to support artistic residencies.
