*Refugi* is a performance based on balances, the physical one, which allows you not to fall off the rope, and the emotional one, which allows you to reconcile fears and illusions. *Refugi* is a path that begins in the heart, passes through the stomach, where intuition plays a decisive role, and reaches the stage so that the audience can continue this journey. It is also a struggle against the physical and energetic wear that age brings, overcome through the tenderness and vulnerability of a character who accepts, albeit reluctantly, all his limitations. It strips away the artist's glamour to give way to fragilities, insecurities, simplicity, and sincerity in a character who exposes himself emotionally, emotions and feelings that become the very essence of the piece.
