Casa da Música is one of Porto’s main concert halls and a landmark of contemporary architecture in the city. Designed by Rem Koolhaas/OMA, the building serves as the headquarters of the Casa da Música Foundation and hosts music programming at different scales, including concerts, educational activities, open rehearsals, workshops, festivals and cycles. Sala Suggia is the main auditorium; Sala 2 and other internal spaces allow more flexible configurations. The building can also be visited inside and out through guided tours or self-guided visits with an audio guide.
