Lagoon Selfie

Selfie Lagoa is an initiative of the Bandeira Azul programme, marking 40 years with an invitation to reflect on the relationship with Foz do Arelho and Lagoa de Óbidos. Participants can use the selfie point installed at Miradouro da Rua Francisco Almeida Grandela, take a photograph and share it on social media with the hashtags #selfielagoa and #bandeiraazul2026.

The proposal involves remembering what has most marked this place, identifying what is most valued in the present and thinking about the environmental legacy to preserve for future generations. The organisation and information are provided by Município das Caldas da Rainha - Gabinte do Ambiente, Espaços Verdes e Paisagem Natural. The initiative runs from 31 de julho a 29 de setembro de 2026.
