Big Daddy Wilson opens the atmosphere of Dias do Jazz ’26 with a warm-up concert centered on his electric blues and soul. His voice, deep and emotive, shapes a repertoire tied to the tradition of the true bluesman, in a show featuring Cesare Nolli on vocals and guitar, Paolo Legramandi on vocals and bass, and Sergino Ratti on vocals and drums.

An American singer and songwriter, Wilson has released most of his recordings under his own name on the German label Ruf Records and has lived in Germany for nearly thirty years. This performance in the Grande Auditório is part of the cycle’s programme and is supported by DGARTES/ RTCP.
