Peace Exhortation Play
about the event
After reading Gil Vicente and José Saramago and in the face of the sadness of the present time, Teatro das Beiras created Auto de Exortação da Paz. The show reproduces, in theatre, the inner contradictions of four women constrained by life, subjugated by a cruel overseer, in the service of an invisible boss, in a context of manufacturing ammunition for an incomprehensible war.
