A Extraordinária Companhia

*The Extraordinary Company* is a new creation by Fernando Duarte for Companhia Nacional de Bailado, conceived as a celebration of the company’s 50 years. The piece brings together memory and future through movement, with original music by Edward Ayres d'Abreu, musical direction by Pedro Carneiro and performance by Orquestra de Câmara Portuguesa.

At Teatro Camões, the program includes a charity dress rehearsal on 28 April, performances on 29 and 30 April, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 May, and a school performance on 5 May.
