At This Hour, It Snows in Childhood

On stage with Companhia Maior, Victor Hugo Pontes presents a creation in which bodies of different ages overlap and converse, turning the stage into a place of contrast, memory and affirmation of the beauty of the matured body.

The performance begins with the experience of performers with a long path recorded in the body and brings this physicality into contact with a reflection on what remains, what changes and what reinvents itself over time. Childhood returns as an echo, forgetting also appears as wisdom, and the present opens space for a future held in suspension.

In this piece, the poem by Manuel António Pina *A esta hora, na infância neva* and Boris Vian's poem written for the song *Le déserteur* (1954) are also used.
