WORKSHOP “DOÇARIA TRADICIONAL: A ARTE DO DOCE FINO”

In this workshop with Andreia Gomes, participants enter the world of conventual and regional confectionery, working with almond paste to shape the emblematic Doce Fino. Throughout the session, they explore forms, colours, and details that evoke fruits and animals, while discovering the secrets of one of the Algarve’s most distinctive traditions.

The activity also proposes a link to the gastronomic memory of Barão de São João, where this sweet craft is part of the local identity.
