University

The Vincular Universidades programme, run by the MAC/CCB Education and Mediation Service, proposes a closer relationship between the museum and the university, regardless of the participants’ field of study. Through mediation, it seeks to facilitate the interpretation of the works, encourage new perspectives on the art of the 20th and 21st centuries, and promote debate on current issues.

The programme is developed around the museum’s permanent exhibitions — Coleção Berardo, CACE, Coleção Holma/Ellipse and Coleção Teixeira de Freitas — and includes guided tours, thematic tours, workshop visits, workshops and ongoing projects. It also covers activities related to temporary exhibitions and visits dedicated to architecture.
