The retreat Play & Contemplation: cultivating accessible intuition for uncertain times takes place at Travessia do Sol, in Ponte de Lima, and offers three days dedicated to creativity, inner listening, and contemplation. The experience combines improvisation practices inspired by Viola Spolin's method with the Courage & Renewal approach, developed by Parker J. Palmer and the Center for Courage & Renewal.
