oLARé?!

Starting from the popular expression associated with traditional Portuguese music, oLARé?! offers a sensitive reflection on aging, isolation, and the notion of home. The show emerges from an artistic residency and performance with people living in residential care facilities for older adults, bringing together music, drawing, theater, movement, and object manipulation. Created and performed by Ricardo Falcão, it also features the co-creation and performance of the users of Centro Social e Paroquial de Arões, in a shared invitation to think and sing together.
