In the Land of Our Brothers

Under the shadow of the U.S. invasion, an extended family of Afghan refugees tries to start over in Iran, in a journey that spans 20 years and three acts. Mohammad, Leila and Qasem give face to a story of precariousness, sacrifice and resistance, while fear and oppression continuously test hope. The film is by Raha Amirfazli and Alireza Ghasemi, with the participation of Hamideh Jafari, Bashir Nikzad and Mohammad Hosseini.
