High Tide

Maré Cheia brings together a set of activities in Sesimbra that take the public beyond the beach, crossing heritage, nature, maritime culture and environmental awareness. There are visits to the Maritime Museum, the dock, the Chapel and Hospital of the Holy Spirit of the Seamen, walks around the town and an urban art route. The program also includes workshops such as Little Archaeologists, Conservation Workshop and Sailors' Knots, as well as readings and workshops at the Beach Libraries, integrated into the ABAAE program and the celebrations of the 40th anniversary of the Blue Flag.
