On its 20th anniversary, LUME–Lisbon Underground Music Ensemble presents a distinctive approach to the big band format at Jazz em Agosto.
Created and led by Marco Barroso, the project brings together jazz and classical musicians to work on composition with freedom, crossing references from rock, popular music, avant-garde jazz, contemporary written music and experimentation.
