Crazy Mind

In Crazy Mind, the first date between Piero and Lara serves as the starting point for a journey into the inner world of both. Instead of emotions, it is the behavioral traits and inner voices that take shape, commenting on, contradicting, or encouraging each gesture, silence, and word throughout the night.

The film blends humor and sensitivity to observe the psychological mechanisms that interfere with the choices of a romantic date and, by extension, with life. Directed by Paolo Genovese, it brings together a notable Italian cast, with Edoardo Leo, Pilar Fogliati, Emanuela Fanelli and Maria Chiara Giannetta. It is a 2025 comedy that was presented at several international festivals and that in Italy became the biggest box-office hit of that year.
