Jeff Mills

Jeff Mills appears in Viana do Castelo with the hallmark of someone who helped define techno before the genre even had a name. In the 1980s, The Wizard was already making that language heard for a city that still had no vocabulary to identify it. After leading Underground Resistance with Mad Mike Banks and leaving the collective in 1991, he moved on to Axis Records and to a career that became a global benchmark.
