Gerardo Rodrigues and Banda Sinfónica da PSP

Gerardo Rodrigues performs with the Banda Sinfónica da PSP in a concert celebrating Music Day, featuring soprano Sofia Miradouro. Under the musical direction of Maestro Subcomissário Pedro Ferreira, the program brings together the pianist’s neoclassical music with arrangements by Lino Guerreiro and Valdemar Gomes.

The show follows Gerardo Rodrigues’s fourth album and the *As Coisas Simples* tour, in a return to a venue where the artist has already performed several times. The Banda Sinfónica da PSP, whose career has taken the ensemble to auditoriums and events in Portugal and abroad, gives shape to a concert designed for a wide audience, in an atmosphere of musical celebration.
