Muscat Festival

Festival do Moscatel de Favaios takes place from 11 a 13 de setembro de 2026, in the town of Favaios, municipality of Alijó. Organized by Município de Alijó and Junta de Freguesia de Favaios, it celebrates the region's muscat wine. The programme includes concerts by Paulo Gonzo, on Friday, 11 de setembro, and Delfins, on Saturday, 12 de setembro, as well as wine tastings and showcases, regional cuisine, street entertainment with traditional groups and concertinas, and the traditional giant toast with Moscatel de Favaios. Admission is free.
