13th Fair

The Feira dos 13 keeps alive a tradition that dates back to the royal charter of 1693, granted by D. Pedro II at the request of the villages of Ermida and Ílhavo. Today, it operates as a typical open-air market, with the sale of a little of everything and a regular presence of travelers, merchants, and local residents, in an atmosphere of great vitality.
