Exhibitions: Rural Life and Xávega Art in the Municipality of Espinho

The Espinho Municipal Museum presents two documentary exhibitions that look at the relationship between the countryside and the sea in the municipality, through two central themes of its local history.

One of the exhibitions is dedicated to rural life in Espinho and recalls the importance of agriculture and local communities in the recent past. The other focuses on the xávega art, highlighting this fishing tradition and the way of life of the communities that helped define the region's identity.
