Évora for Families

This activity proposes a journey into the Neolithic through the relationship between natural heritage, the cultural landscape and the ways of life of the first communities. Participants explore cereal cultivation, milling, pastoralism and the traditional production of bread and cheese, while observing demonstrations of experimental archaeology.

The experience includes the handmade production of Alentejo bread and cheese using techniques inspired by Prehistory. At the end, there is a visit to the windmill and a social gathering with a tasting of the freshly baked bread and the cheese produced during the activity.
