Healthy Sundays

The Municipality of Arcos de Valdevez, in partnership with STUDIO 601 / STUDIO WELNESS, is once again organizing "Domingos Saudáveis", with free physical activity classes in a public space. The initiative takes place at Campo do Trasladário, every Sunday, between 10:30 and 12:00, and is open to everyone, including visitors. Just show up in comfortable clothes to take part in a morning designed to encourage sports practice and moments of leisure, well-being, and healthy socializing.
