Healthy Sundays

The Municipality of Arcos de Valdevez, in partnership with STUDIO 601 / STUDIO WELNESS, promotes another edition of Healthy Sundays at Campo do Trasladário. The proposal is simple: free physical activity classes in a public space, open to everyone and held every Sunday between 28 June and 13 September 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participation is free; just show up in comfortable clothing. The initiative aims to encourage sports practice, well-being, and healthy socializing.
