DJ MARFOX

Of São Toméan descent and born in Portugal, DJ Marfox is a central figure in the Afro-Portuguese music produced in the 21st century and in Lisbon’s urban landscape. His work crosses club culture and local identity, with emphasis on the compilation *DJs do Guetto Vol. 1*, from 2006, and the EP *Eu Sei Quem Sou*, released in 2012 by Príncipe, the label he co-founded. After performances across Europe, America, Africa and Asia, he returns to MEO KALORAMA as one of the most influential names in electronic music made in Lisbon.
