Cook Lab - Culinary Workshops

The Cook Lab cooking workshops propose making savoury muffins with organic ingredients rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. The activity is led by Filipa Ramos, a macrobiotic instructor, and invites parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, uncles and nephews and nieces to prepare a balanced and tasty snack together.

Over the weekend of 12 e 13 de setembro, six sessions will take place as part of the programme of Mercadinhos da Margem Esquerda: two on Saturday and four on Sunday. The workshops take place regularly on the second weekend of each month.
