CONTRATEMPO JAZZ: Freedoms

At the invitation of Carlos Menezes, “Liberdades” proposes a reflection on freedom as artistic expression, bringing together double bass, voices and different instrumental timbres. Mili Vizcaino and Nani Medeiros take center stage in this musical journey, accompanied by Mário Lopes on percussion, André Gomes on piano and Carlos Lopes on accordion. The repertoire moves through Piazzolla, Clara Nunes, Nei Lopes, Wilson Moreirana, Zé Ketti, Catola, Tiago Torres da Silva, Rui Filipe and themes signed by Carlos Menezes.
