Cara de Espelho

Cara de Espelho takes the stage at Festa do Avante! to present «B», the album that follows their 2024 debut record. After a nineteen-month tour, and following the Futurawards awards for Best Band and the PLAY award for Best Reinterpretation of Traditional Music, the group performs songs such as «D de Denúncia», «Bem-Vindo» and «Cara Podre». The lineup — Carlos Guerreiro, Luís J. Martins, Maria Antónia Mendes, Nuno Prata, Pedro da Silva Martins and Sérgio Nascimento — asserts its own identity, between popular roots, a contemporary language and a critical look at the present.
