C-O-M: Composition - The Other - Memory

The Cine-Teatro São João hosts «C-O-M: Composition – the Other – Memory», a solo and interactive performance by Rita Vilhena that extends the research begun in «Raio de Ti/Multirising the Other in I» (2023). The creation proposes that other people's stories can be transmitted and turned into ritual, in a scenic device in which the performer receives narratives from the audience and returns them as gesture, body, and listening.

The work integrates visual and sound elements and includes artistic collaboration and dramaturgical support by Vanessa Garcia, external eyes by Vera Mantero, Márcia Lança and Andresa Soares, musical composition and performance by Henrique Vieira, and set design by Elisa Pône. It is a show for audiences aged 15 and over.
