BRASS DASS

The BRASSDASS perform in a roaming format through the city streets, with the strength of a Portuguese brass band based in Óbidos. The group combines music, movement and entertainment in a contemporary approach to traditional ensembles, with pop, funk, jazz, rock and commercial repertoire reworked with its own identity.

Recognized for their irreverence and closeness to the audience, BRASSDASS also have a path linked to festivals and cultural events, including the organization of Óbidos Brass Fest. The ensemble brings together clarinet, saxophones, trumpets, trombones, euphonium, sousaphone and percussion.
