Espinho Senior Dances

The Espinho Senior Dances once again turn the Salão Nobre of the Piscina Solário Atlântico into a dance floor with themed gatherings throughout the year. The initiative offers afternoons of socializing, music and entertainment, in an environment geared toward active aging and strengthening social ties in the senior community.

Promoted by the Social Cohesion, Health and Quality of Life Division, the program always runs between 15:00 and 18:00 and brings together several seasonal celebrations, from the Spring Festival to the Christmas Party. Participation is free, subject to registration, and interested participants can secure a place through the contacts provided by the municipality.
