Family Activities

MAC/CCB offers activities designed for families, with a playful approach that invites visitors to learn by playing and play by learning in the museum. At weekends, the programme takes place at various times, with sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, and also includes the possibility of organising themed birthday parties for children aged 4 to 12.

In the playful project, participation is free upon purchase of the museum admission ticket. On Sundays, between 10:00 and 13:00, admission and participation are free for residents in Portugal.

Birthday parties at the museum must be booked in advance and are intended for groups with a minimum of 10 participants. The venue has lifts, ramps, adapted toilets and wheelchairs available, making the visit more accessible to different audiences.
