Inspired by *Aparição*, by Vergílio Ferreira, this performance begins with questions about creation, literature, and the place of talent to build a 60-minute monologue. Luís Osório leads the audience through an intense portrait of the great Portuguese authors, between tragedies and miseries, grandeur and hauntings, love and death.

On stage, the text proposes a reading of the world and of literature from the paradoxes of the human condition, in a play that premiered at the Babell Festival, in the Torre dos Clérigos. Creation and performance are by Luís Osório, with production and booking by Paula Fonseca.
