Created by Raquel Castro for the company Razões Pessoais (Portugal), *Speaking Anxiolytically* starts from *The Seagull*, by Anton Chekhov, and mixes classical theatre with autofiction. On stage, a director tries to rehearse a play while her own life seeps into everything that happens, exposing insecurities, fear, and the pressure of a precarious artistic generation. The performance features Paulo Pinto, Pedro Baptista, Joana Bernardo, Sara Inês Gigante, and Raquel Castro herself, with translation by António Pescada.
