A Feral Life, Without Looking Away

On stage, A VIDA FERAL, SEM DESVIAR O OLHAR proposes a look at the memory of human violence, the repetition of cycles of destruction and the possibility of survival. The action unfolds in a corridor of light that organizes the space as an axis of tension and memory, crossed by vulnerable and resilient bodies.

The figure of Noah appears here not as a savior, but as a witness to a humanity trying to build shelter and preserve fragments in the face of collapse. The show invites the audience to confront violence, fragility and loss without seeking an easy way out.

The creation is by NÉLIA PINHEIRO and is part of the proposal of CDCE| COMPANHIA DE DANÇA CONTEMPORÂNEA DE ÉVORA, with direction and choreography by the creator herself, assistance by GONÇALO ALMEIDA ANDRADE and performance by FRANCISCO FREIRE, GUSTAVO NUNES, INÊS AFONSO, INÊS GIL, RAFAELA NUNES and SARA GOMES.
