6th Literary Gastronomic Show of Palmela

The 6th Literary Gastronomic Show of Palmela offers a meeting between books and flavours based on «A Cozinheira do Ditador», by Afonso Cruz. At Cine-Teatro São João, Chef Pedro Ascenção, patron of the Palmela Experiências com Sabor Programme, presents a showcooking inspired by the work. Later, at Casa Ermelinda Freitas, in Fernando Pó, Afonso Cruz talks with the public, in a session moderated by Luís Caetano and included in the initiative «365 Dias de Romance».
